We are now looking for an energetic and engaged customer service and sales representative for our marketing department in Gislaved.

About us Gislaved Energi Koncern AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gislaved municipality through the parent company Gislaveds Kommunhus AB. Gislaved Energi Koncern AB consists of three subsidiaries: Gislaved Energi Service AB, Gislaved Energi AB, and Gislaved Energi Elnät AB. We have a total of 22 employees and a turnover of approximately 250 million SEK. We deliver 160 GWh of electricity and 56 GWh of heat. We work with electricity distribution, electricity trading, district heating, electricity production, street lighting, and charging stations. We are the local energy company. With simplicity, proximity, and service, we want to be the natural choice for electricity, networks, light, and heat in Gislaved municipality.

About the role In the role of customer service and sales representative, you will be one of Gislaved Energi's most important contact points with customers. You will work with customer service, advice, and sales to both private individuals and businesses. Contact occurs via phone, email, and personal meetings either at our location or at the customer's site, where some visits are scheduled while others arise spontaneously. You will assist customers with questions regarding electricity trading, district heating, contracts, invoices, and changes within the energy sector. Many cases are complex and require pedagogical explanations, which demands patience, structure, and a professional approach. The role is characterized by long-term customer relationships, where trust is built over time and where you have the opportunity to influence the customer experience in every contact.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is energetic, engaged, and has a genuine interest in the energy sector and societal development. You thrive in meeting people, have an easy time building trust, and appreciate a role where customer service, advice, and sales work together. You are curious, relationship-oriented, and enjoy working in an industry that is constantly evolving.

As a person, you are analytical and solution-oriented with the ability to understand customers' needs and explain even more complex issues in a pedagogical manner. You work in a structured way, are meticulous, and are used to handling multiple cases simultaneously. You feel comfortable with different systems and maintain good organization in your work, even when the pace is high.

You are responsible, self-driven, and actively contribute to good collaboration within the team. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, as is a driver's license. Previous experience in customer service, service, or sales is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on your personality, engagement, and willingness to develop.
